Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.


2. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day window.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included
  • Not damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Items damaged through misuse or accidental damage after delivery
  • Custom or personalised orders (if applicable)

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at legalvyroforge18.store@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return authorisation and instructions
  3. Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided
  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — .VYRO FORGE™ 18 is not responsible for items lost in transit

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Faulty or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping in full

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product

8. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.


9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
