Every VYRO Forge™ is built to the highest standards of quality and durability. We stand behind every oven we make with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty because we're confident in what we build.

2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

All VYRO Forge™ ovens come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

What's Covered

  • Defects in materials or manufacturing
  • Burner system faults (G2 Gas Technology™)
  • Structural defects in the oven body
  • Cooking stone defects (cracking under normal use)
  • Gas regulator and hose defects

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear (surface scratches, discolouration from heat)
  • Damage caused by using non-approved fuel types
  • Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised parties
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the user manual instructions
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our support team at support@vyro.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Include clear photographs or a short video showing the defect.
  3. Our team will assess your claim within 2–3 business days and confirm next steps.
  4. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion — at no cost to you.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all warranty claims. Please keep your order confirmation email safe.
