At VYRO, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@vyro.co.uk with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours on business days with return instructions and a return authorisation number.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked delivery service. Please retain your proof of postage.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your VYRO Forge™ arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at support@vyro.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a full replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow the user manual
  • Items returned after the 30-day window without prior authorisation

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation, please first check with your bank or card provider as processing times may vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@vyro.co.uk and we will investigate immediately.
