Delivery Information

We currently ship across the United Kingdom and United States. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): Free on all orders over £100. A flat rate applies to orders below this threshold.

Express Delivery (1–2 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your VYRO Forge™. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items returned in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team at support@vyro.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your message.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions within 24 hours.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a tracked service.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification cannot be accepted for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your VYRO Forge™ arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately at support@vyro.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
